Until I re-read it just now. Post baby body, post partum issues (including meds for anxiety and depression) crazy PMS...and a lighy went of about 10 seconds ago....sad thing is I watched forks over knives, as well as fat sick and nearly dead 2 years ago and ryan bought me a juicer that christmas. I think I used it 5 times. I already made and ate supper tonight, but I'm going to start tomorrow...keeping a food journal, recording everything and maybe try and get off Paxil before the spring (which is when my doctor said to aim for since winter makes people more depressed...Seasonal Affective Disorder....I'm so excited right now I'm going to break out the juicer.
