I guess you'll have to maybe experiment and see if your family can tolerate the small traces? I've heard that people with severe allergies to wheat (like Celiacs" cannot handle the "traces" - which is why it is labeled that way.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10771660422142873021noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3727103479255164461.post-87543951913038626282013-04-24T13:33:27.964-05:002013-04-24T13:33:27.964-05:00This is awesome thank-you! As of 2 days ago we got rid of ALL gluten in our home....I don't think Rob is really having continued shingles, they think it might be an autoimmune response to gluten....so thank you for all your posts! Quick question, sometimes things don't say gluten free, but I picked up some dried mango and it said it may contain traces of soy, wheat, ect, ya know, would you all still eat them or should we avoid it? I have always been a meal planner and when I would go without a list or plan....it usually ended with a pocketbook that was pretty empty, hahahaaha!k.ham'shttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12489436513713150524noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3727103479255164461.post-8030030426178347232013-04-19T12:57:33.958-05:002013-04-19T12:57:33.958-05:00haha. you're hilarious. okay i'm going to ...haha. you're hilarious. okay i'm going to try that this weekend! thanks girl!Leahhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14697813954232884673noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3727103479255164461.post-51580241141979477862013-04-17T21:45:27.112-05:002013-04-17T21:45:27.112-05:00same here! planning totally keeps us on track wit...same here! planning totally keeps us on track with healthier eating. when i don't have a plan... you can bet we'll order a g-free pizza our devour a bag of potato chips on the spot! lol. seriously - for the rice - all i do is saute as many apples as we want with some Earth Balance and a couple drizzles of honey... add some cinnamon when they get soft - then dump that into cooked rice! easy as "pie!" ok that was cheesy. age is doing strange things to me. lol.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10771660422142873021noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3727103479255164461.post-81981257589231927302013-04-17T21:43:30.398-05:002013-04-17T21:43:30.398-05:00i totally put that "one store" bit in th...i totally put that "one store" bit in there just for you! i knew that you were one of those women who just want to shop at one store. it is just more convenient sometimes - especially when your location limits you. meal plan meal plan meal plan.... work it from that angle!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10771660422142873021noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3727103479255164461.post-13202608283420424872013-04-17T21:42:23.461-05:002013-04-17T21:42:23.461-05:00awesome! i thought this would be what you were lo...awesome! i thought this would be what you were looking for the other day when you messaged me :-)Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10771660422142873021noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3727103479255164461.post-44397471104239268072013-04-17T21:41:53.031-05:002013-04-17T21:41:53.031-05:00thanks, Erin! so glad you can be inspired!!! foo...thanks, Erin! so glad you can be inspired!!! food is powerful! happy this could help you!!!
